Steven Taylor has nearly 20 years in management working with companies such as IBM, Informix Software, Temple-Inland, and Excel Energy. Steve has a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance and a M.B.A. in Finance (both from the Kansas State University).

Steve and his family moved to Golden in 2002. His wife Angie is a teacher at Shelton Elementary. His daughter Becky graduated from Golden High School and now attends the University of Illinois. His daughter Katie attends Golden High School, and his son Will attends Mitchell Elementary.
